Hi Evelyn, What a great introduction! Thank you for sharing all the things that are red with us. What a marvellous book that is. I have read it too. I especially liked the picture of your loveheart sunglasses. Do you have any?
Hi Evelyn. The Day the Crayons Quit is one of my favourite books too! I try to use it every year in writing workshops. Have your read the second book The Day the Crayons Came Home? Great ideas for things that are coloured red. I wonder if you could write a story for a day in the life of your crayons?
I love how you've introduced yourself Evelyn, and then followed it up with a great story about all of the things that the red crayon can draw! Is red your favourite colour?
To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows: 1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared. 2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language. 3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question. Encourage me to make another post

Hi Mrs Shea
ReplyDeleteYes, I do have some love heart sunglasses. I got them when I was little and I still like to wear them.
